These pastoral care workshops are conducted with the focus on knowledge (information), skill (competency), and presence (the being/soul). We endeavour to facilitate in each workshop the practical and experiential components that leads to transformation and formation as an authentic witness of and for God. Alfred will provide relevant and real life examples from his twenty years of experience in the ministry of pastoral care and counselling.
We believe that every context is different and hence often require mutual conversation and discernment to designing a program that is best suited to your needs. Wherever possible, we can work on integrating the most appropriate components even beyond this list of workshops for your group.
